🎯 About the Role
As a UX Research Intern, you will collaborate with Product and Design teams to enhance user experiences across platforms. You'll gain hands-on experience in the full design cycle, from discovery to validation, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✨ Support the end-to-end design process from problem discovery to solution validation.
- 🔍 Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing.
- ✍️ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- 🤝 Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to solve complex user problems.
- 📊 Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for experience improvements.
- 🤖 Leverage AI-powered design and research tools to enhance design efficiency.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, or related field.
- 📝 Portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving ability, and UX/Product Design projects is mandatory.
- 💡 Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset.
- 💻 Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems.
- 🗣️ Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
