Gain exposure to diverse engineering tasks at Sumitomo Biorational, a global leader in biorational products. You will focus on improving manufacturing processes, collaborating with R&D and production teams, and documenting experimental work.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Support and comply with all safety and environmental training policies.
• 📊 Track and trend yield and quality data to identify and eliminate variations.
• 📈 Recommend and implement lean manufacturing projects.
• 💡 Identify, develop, and implement practical solutions to improve process economics.
• 📝 Write, update, and maintain production master batch records and work instructions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🔬 Majoring in bioengineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, biology, or related fields.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• 💻 Excellent computer skills are desired.
• 📅 Flexibility to work some limited off-shift and weekend hours.
