• 🗄️ Manage, organize, and maintain data across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance functions.
• 📄 Process, verify, and maintain documentation and paperwork with high accuracy.
• 🤝 Coordinate with distributors to collect required business data and compliance information.
• 📞 Follow up with distributors to ensure timely completion of pending submissions.
• 📅 Serve as the primary coordination point for distributor-related projects.
• 📊 Monitor project timelines, maintain trackers, and follow up on pending tasks.
• 📝 Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support the team with data analysis.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 🎯 Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• 💬 Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• 📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• 🤝 Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups effectively.
• 🧑‍💻 Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
