You will be instrumental in shaping both the product and technical direction, focusing on building, experimenting, and taking ownership of production-grade AI applications. This is a non-traditional engineering role for those excited by the future of AI-native software.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚙️ Design and build AI agent workflows for real business use cases.
- 🚀 Develop production-ready applications using modern LLMs.
- 🧠 Build reliable orchestration, tool calling, memory, and reasoning systems.
- 🔌 Integrate external APIs, databases, and business applications.
- ⚡ Optimize latency, reliability, evaluation, and cost of AI systems.
- 🤝 Work closely with the founder to shape product and technical direction.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💡 Solution-oriented with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- 🤖 Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs.
- 🐍 Experience with Python and modern backend development.
- frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- ☁️ Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- ✨ Curiosity, ownership, and a builder's mindset.
