🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on improving the operational systems behind coaching, events, marketing, partnerships, and community programming for a digital wellness venture. You will leverage accessible AI tools, documentation, and operations systems to reduce administrative burdens and create more capacity for human-centered work. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in business operations and the responsible use of technology.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Identify repeatable tasks and simplify workflows using AI and no-code platforms.
• 📊 Build trackers and dashboards for leads, outreach, and events.
• 📈 Organize marketing and social media systems.
• 🤖 Research practical, affordable, and privacy-conscious AI tools.
• 📝 Turn customer feedback into clear insights and next steps.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗂️ Highly organized with a talent for building order from information.
• 🤖 Comfortable using generative AI tools like ChatGPT.
• 🤔 Ability to critically think about AI vs. human-led approaches.
• 💻 Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or Canva.
• ✍️ Ability to write clearly and document processes accessibly.
• ❤️ Care about ethical, human-centered technology.
• ⏳ Ability to manage a flexible 10-15 hour weekly commitment.
• 💡 Interest in AI, business operations, or digital wellness.

💰 Compensation: No stipend
