This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge battery production technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Design and execute equipment modification engineering projects.
• 📝 Support development and standardization of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Recipes.
• ⚙️ Perform equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• 📊 Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• 🤝 Collaborate with operations, equipment, and R&D teams.
• 📄 Thoroughly document technical work and communicate updates.
• 🚭 Comply with all safety and quality standards.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced team.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 💡 Strong interest in hands-on process development, manufacturing systems, or automation.
• 🔌 Basic understanding of mechanical systems, sensors, and process control concepts.
• 📐 Experience with CAD and/or process simulation tools preferred.
• 📚 Familiarity with documentation practices (SOPs, Work Instructions, technical drawings).
• 🛠️ Comfort with mechanical fabrication, prototyping, or lab equipment setup.
• ⭐ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
• 🧑‍💻 Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team.
• 🇺🇸 U.S. Citizen or already eligible to work in the U.S.
