Contribute to creating an exciting and high-energy game day experience for professional hockey fans. This in-person internship offers hands-on experience in live event management within the sports industry.
🎯 About the Role
Support the planning and execution of game day activities, promotional activations, and fan engagement opportunities. You will act as a representative of the team, creating positive interactions and enhancing the in-arena presentation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎉 Support preparation and implementation of gameday activities.
- 📣 Create and promote a positive fan environment.
- 💡 Work with staff to develop new fan engagement opportunities.
- 🤝 Work with sponsors to ensure contractual obligations are executed.
- 👋 Distribute giveaway items and promotional materials.
- 🎟️ Assist with merchandise sales and team shop operations.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ Dependable, creative, energetic, and willing to learn.
- 💬 Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- 🔄 Ability to adapt quickly to changing game situations.
- ⏳ Ability to complete projects on tight deadlines.
- 🏃 Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- 🌙 Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
